Personal Information:Jeffrey has lived in the Bay Area most of his life with short stays in Southern California and Hong Kong. He graduated from San Jose State University majoring in Civil Engineering. Prior to his real estate career, he worked for various private engineering firms and government agencies conducting building structure and transportation designs. As such, his engineering skill comes in handy as a Realtor because he can spot possible structural and foundation issues in a home or what few simple structural changes may greatly increase the functionality of a home and its value. He has excellent communication skills and a penchant for attention to detail as well as very sound management skills all of which help to make his real estate and financing transactions sound and smooth.
Jeffrey and his wife of 18 years currently live in Milpitas. Their dogs, Saleena, Aila, and Bobby are the pride of their lives. He volunteers as a a powerpoint presenter at his church and is a supporter of various animal rescue organizations. He has lived and worked in San Jose, Fremont, Pleasanton, San Mateo, Morgan Hill and various Bay Area cities. This background has given Jeffrey an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.
